ESD clothes use and precautions

There are some usage methods and precautions for anti-static clothing during use as follows.

1. In any place where explosive gas mixtures appear frequently or exist for a long time under normal circumstances, or where explosive gas mixtures may appear, and the minimum ignition energy of combustibles is below 0.25 MJ, ESD clothes should be worn.

2. Do not wear or take off ESD clothes in flammable and explosive places.

3. Do not attach or wear any metal objects on ESD clothes .

4. When wearing ESD clothes , you should also match it with ESD clothes shoes. At the same time, the ground should also be an ESD clothes floor with a grounding system.

5. ESD clothes  should be kept clean and maintain ESD Clothes performance. After use, use a soft brush or soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to wash it. Do not damage the clothing fiber.

6. It is best to use neutral detergent to wash ESD clothes work clothes. Do not mix them with other clothes when washing. Use hand washing or washing machine soft washing program to avoid breaking the conductive fiber.

7. After wearing for a period of time, the ESD clothes should be inspected. If the electrostatic performance does not meet the standard requirements, the ESD clothes  can no longer be used.

8. It is forbidden to wear or take off ESD clothes in places with fire and explosion hazards.

9. It is forbidden to attach or wear metal objects on ESD clothes worn in places with fire and explosion hazards.

10. The outer layer of clothing should completely cover the inner layer of clothing. The split top should be enough to cover the waistband of the pants, and the waistband should not be exposed when bending over.

11. When wearing ESD clothes in places with fire and explosion hazards, it must be worn in conjunction with ESD  shoes specified in relevant national standards.

12. ESD clothes should be kept clean and maintain ESD Clothes performance. After use, use a soft brush or soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent to scrub, and do not damage the fabric fibers.
